User Content

All information, materials, and other content added, created, uploaded, submitted, distributed, or posted to the Services by users (collectively "User Content") is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such User Content. For the purpose of these Terms, "Network Content" means any audio, music, videos, or other content or information created by or on behalf of NY Executive Podcast. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
