Strict no-refund policy. Due to the custom, made-to-order, time-blocked, and labor-intensive nature of our production, distribution, and promotional services — which begin upon booking and consume non-recoverable studio time, talent fees, editorial resources, and platform allocations — all sales are final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies company-wide, to all packages, deposits, payments, add-ons, and balances, regardless of whether a guest cancels, reschedules, fails to appear, fails to provide materials, fails to approve content, becomes unavailable, changes their mind, or is dissatisfied with any deliverable, placement, or outcome. No refunds, credits, chargebacks, or partial returns of any kind will be issued. Booking constitutes acceptance of this policy.
Limitation of liability.
