Two studios. One broadcast network.

No guarantees. Testimonials, case studies, statistics, and any figures shown on this site reflect the individual experiences of past featured guests and are not typical, expected, or promised results. Outcomes depend on each guest's industry, offer, audience fit, preparation, follow-through, market conditions, and numerous factors outside our control. NY Executive Podcast makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express, implied, or statutory — of any specific result, revenue, audience growth, download count, listener count, press coverage, social-media lift, lead volume, deal flow, valuation impact, brand recognition, fame, fortune, or career outcome of any kind.

Editorial & distribution discretion. NY Executive Podcast reserves the absolute and unilateral right, at any time and without notice, consent, or explanation, to: select, decline, schedule, reschedule, edit, re-edit, shorten, withhold, delay, repurpose, re-air, or remove any episode or segment; choose, change, add, or drop any host, co-host, guest, or interviewer; determine which networks, streaming services, syndication partners, distribution platforms, podcast directories, satellite providers, terrestrial radio affiliates, smart-speaker channels, social platforms, or third-party outlets episodes appear on (or are removed from); modify, substitute, reduce, or eliminate any platform, placement, channel, billboard location, run-time, frequency, or feature referenced anywhere on this site or in any sales materials; and change pricing, packaging, scheduling, production methods, format, branding, or any other element of our services. Inclusion in or removal from any third-party platform, publication, or media outlet is determined by those independent parties and is never guaranteed by us. Any logos, networks, publications, or platforms referenced are illustrative of past or potential distribution and do not represent a commitment to any specific placement.

Strict no-refund policy. Due to the custom, made-to-order, time-blocked, and labor-intensive nature of our production, distribution, and promotional services — which begin upon booking and consume non-recoverable studio time, talent fees, editorial resources, and platform allocations — all sales are final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies company-wide, to all packages, deposits, payments, add-ons, and balances, regardless of whether a guest cancels, reschedules, fails to appear, fails to provide materials, fails to approve content, becomes unavailable, changes their mind, or is dissatisfied with any deliverable, placement, or outcome. No refunds, credits, chargebacks, or partial returns of any kind will be issued. Booking constitutes acceptance of this policy.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NY Executive Podcast, its parent, affiliates, officers, employees, hosts, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or any other damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, reputational harm, emotional distress, or business interruption — arising from or related to the use of this website, our services, any episode, any placement (or lack thereof), any third-party platform decision, any content, or any communication, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client to NY Executive Podcast in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim.

No professional advice. Nothing on this site or in any episode constitutes financial, legal, tax, medical, business, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional.

Trademarks & references. All third-party trademarks, network names, publication names, and logos appear for editorial and reference purposes only and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.

Changes. NY Executive Podcast may modify these terms, our services, pricing, and any content on this site at any time without notice. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance. Read the full disclosures & terms →
